I made a chibi L wallpaper so I could submit it to [link] so I could download some wallpapers..... but they don't accept fanart WPs if you were the one who made the fanart. T_T How dumb is that..... You can submit them if it's other people's fanart, but not your own.... >.<;;; Excrement on them. :P

That is the most backwards policy I've ever heard--the people who run that site clearly have no idea what they're doing. Your wallpaper is just adorably cute--Chibi L munching on those big ol' strawberries is too adorable for words. :giggle: It's a great wallpaper, so at the very least, pride yourself on that. :hug:
